Doh, I caught the first five and the last five minutes - feel asleep in the middle! :( Nothing to do with CDWM.. I've just had too much fresh air today and it's made me sleepy!

OH just gone out to get us a Maccys, yum! Not had one for a while :) Healthy eating under the eyes of my parents starts tomorrow! ;)

My b-day is 30th of Nov and I always HATED people giving me "birthday/christmas present" because the presents were never any bigger or better - just that I ended up with ONE instead of two in the year... and when you're 7 that's really unfair :)

I'm not going to try to catch up with the rest of the thread - you lot talk too much lol

Did some more gardening today, not much but feeling knackered! Didn't sleep well at all last night - so looking like death warmed up today.

Managed to mosey down the 'lotment today as loads of the able bodied people were clearning the parking area and others were measuring up the plots etc so thought I'd at least go and be moral support.

Then home to potter in the garden and cook dinner eventually - as i was serving it I looked down and realised my boobies had both leaked! DH thought it was hillarious for some reason... I didn't - I'd just had a bath and put a clean nightshirt on! :( Not feeling amused... he'd already built up brownie points though so I can't get mad at him... he went to the icecream van earlier for me and got me a 99 :D
Problem is... Now I fancy another one!! :rotfl:

Anyway off to bed I think - I'm cream crackered after last nights lack of sleep :(

The woman who just said 'It's poussin, the smallest chicken you can get that's not a pigeon' makes me think it will be a clasic. Where do they find these people? :p

  • Okay, so following our scan on Friday my OH decided to tell his shift at work about the baby yesterday. He's a policeman, and there are 9 people on his shift. Turns out 2 other PC's wives are having babies within a week of my due date. How mental is that? Three out of nine having a baby within a week of each other!!! And a fourth's wife is having a baby next month (but obviously we knew about that already).

Maybe it was something they all ate?!

I personally would hate to have my b-day around Christmas (poor bean! :p). I love my summer bday because then it's less between presents! hahahahah

OH and I both have January birthdays so we decided to have a summer baby cos January birthdays suck. But now I worry about it being the youngest in its year at school - there's no perfect time is there?

Skinty, I'd stay up and get it finished tonight. I know you'll be knackered, but at least you will be able to go to bed and not have to worry about getting up earlier and tackling it then! :)

I think so too. especially as I have stuff to do tomorrow that I can;t get out of - dentist and piano lesson plus a mystery shop. Gonna be such a late one though.

You know what though Elle, my OH is one of the oldest in his year and wasn't really academic at all. The cleverest boy in my year was born on 30th Aug so youngest possible in the year! I really think it depends on the individual, the parents etc. (Although I can see why it would be a potential disadvantage when they're 4/5 years old, just saying long term I don't think it's an issue)
