Is/has anyone else using/used reusuable nappies?

I've looked on totsbots and I like the modern designs but they seem to expensive. Where else sells this sort of nappy please?

    Thanks,

Searching - Maybe they're all still typing? I'm watching Gardeners' World - free seeds on offer!

What do you mean by big stuff? Cot, pram, car seat, etc?
    • Nappies - not too many of the smallest size - cotton wool/wipes/botty cream.
    • Vests/baby grows/socks - at least 8 of each.
    • Cardigans/jackets/actual outfits.
    • Bedding.
    • Bottles/steriliser/dummies/formula (all just in case!).
Don't forget, people will want to buy things for you/bean, so if they ask, get them to buy basics, as above, unless they're desperate to buy cute outfits. List looks a bit short, but it's what I'd buy, but this will be my 5th, & I've always been minimalist! :rotfl:Also, brand new babies don't need too much, it's as they get older they need more.

    Hello everyone,

was going to post this morning but when I had finished catching up on the thread it got locked! Talk about bad timing :D

Had planned to do so much today, but by the time I had sorted a few things out in the kitchen I was shattered so had to sit down for a while before I needed to go out to meet my OH :o However, I think I made up for it a bit by getting the majority of 2 birthday presents that I needed to buy. Now all I need to do is hope that the burping which seems to have (massively: read non-stop) increased since last night calms down a bit (TMI - sorry!) as well as the indigestion that I get from absolutely everything I'm eating just now :p

Many *hugs* to all that need them, and welcome to anyone new - so cool that someone else has joined the 22nd September club - hiya harley! (looks like its going to be a busy time around then) :rotfl: Take care all :)

    I now have a carseat!

Went for a walk afterwards, must have walked a whole mile! Very tired, back hurts and pelvis kills, but nice to have had some exercise.

We're using washables, we just bought a set of size 1 Little Lambs but we got them from eBay for £85 + Postage so saved a fair amount... We've decided to get different makes in size 2s.. Buy a couple a month so we don't notice the cost and hopefully we'll get some funky colours and things... Baby will be in them for a lot longer than the size 1s...

Cheapskate, the photo ID needs to be in date... Not sure about the toddler... The best thing to do is ring the airline and see what they allow.

My sisters just left... She really irritates me... You don't hear from her for weeks then she rings up to say 'are you in, see you in 5 mins' Sits there looking down her nose at the mess we haven't had time to hide away from her... Doesn't take her coat off... And will never have a drink! Snob! Oh yeah... And Aimee was in bed but because she bought my neice and nephew with her, she came down to play and is completely worked up now...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
