Hi Caroline, I think's it's the same product but completely different packaging from what they showed in the catalogue. And it's going to expire in 4months.

    Bad luck!

^ Yes they are aware of it. I would always recommend taking up complaints with the people concerned before complaining about them to all and sundry.

Although the office have been hard to contact, I did manage to get a hold of my upline manager who says she will look into it. I left a message on the answer machine with the office and sent an email also. Not much else I can do for now.

  • As NYR Home is such a new business, anyone who gets in now has a bigger opportunity of growing a good business. Sometimes things that are good are worth waiting for, from my experience a little patience goes a long way. I am delighted with the kit, information and service I have had. :T
  • Hi there. I am a consultant in mid Wiltshire. I have been a consultant for several party plan companies in the past, but I have never had the response that I have had in the last few months, since I signed up. I think that being at the beginning of an opportunity like this is so exciting. My parcels have all arrived really quickly.

I have got 3 parties this week so I am just getting ready for them now - can't wait!

Hmm I wonder at the credibility of some of these posts.

^ Which indeed you should. After all, anyone can post anything on a forum ;)

Got a call back from the dispatch team. Parcel should be delivered tomorrow. Hopefully this has just been teething troubles and things will improve.

Hi gemlcoleman, hope that my posts are not too "misleading" or upsetting, as I have said, maybe I'm the only unfortunate one who came across so many issues in a short period. I try to think more positively as personally I like NYR's products very much. Hopefully they will handle my case soon otherwise there's always something on my mind.
