Can someone please help me with a query I have re swapping Tesco Clubcard Vouchers for deals (it may be covered earlier in this thread but didn't have time to read through 950 posts).

If I have several different Clubcard vouchers, say for arguments sake for £4,50, £5.00 and £1.50 and I want to exchange these for deals say at the Slug and Lettuce, what do I receive back. Do I receive three separate deals vouchers for £18.00, £20.00 and £6.00 or one voucher for a total of £43.00.

I guess that the restaurant won't give you change if the order doesn't reach the full amount of the voucher but wouldn't want one voucher for £43.00.

    Thanks.

they are usually broken down into useable values, like £5 and £10 - you usually have to order deals tokens in values of £1.50, and what isnt used, the points get credited back to your account. so if you send off £11 worth of clubcard vouchers they would change £10.50 into deals tokens (ie £42) and would put the 50p worth of vouchers back into your account, to be sent out in the next mailing of vouchers.

    does that make sense?

  • Sorry if this question has been asked before...I'm sure it has but I can't find it, my sister has given me £50 of Tesco vouchers to put towards my new kitchen i'm getting from MFI...i have been saving my own vouchers to exchange for MFI deals, can I use hers as well. They will have her name on, is there a way of asking for them in my name when I "cash them in" Thanks in advance

I was wondering about this as well. My son has some vouchers that he's offered to me. We have the same surname but live at different addresses. Could I use them does anyone know???

  • My MFI vouchers just have the surname on no address, so there should be no probs. if you have the same surname.

I was wondering this too. I have tried ringing Sainsbury customer services but the closest I got was to be told that the person with the information was not in. From previous posts there would appear to be 12 stores nationwide that accept these but which ones are they. Perhaps we can pool our knowledge on stores that we know do accept them?
