If you get a refund on R&R's, do Tesco then deduct your points off the original bill? Or do you get to keep the points as well?

I've wondered if the clubcard points get deducted too. Also I used a double points coupon tonight, and although I spent £50 only 50 points were showing on the receipt, will the rest be added later does anyone know?

If you check your receipt carefully, there will be an entry like "Dble pts" or "extra points". Cant remember the exact terminology. If it isn't on there anywhere, they haven't registered.

I can't get to any deals in the "Travel" section of the 'all deals' list except for Airmiles and BA Miles.

Searching for (say) Avis or purple returns zilch.

    Website errors or ceased deals?

Hi guys, just wondered, if there's no deals you want to exchange your tesco clubcard points for what are you supposed to do with them? So far I have always used them in store but I keep seeing Martin's post saying to never do this. Surely if you are exchanging them for vouchers for days out/goods that you would not be buying anyway, just because they are worth 4 times more, then you are simply losing out on the money you could have saved instore. Am I missing something here? Should I be exchanging them for deals then selling them?

Best to kep them for now as the deals are constantly changing from quarter to quarter several items I had ordered recently eg national express 5 journeys anywhere for £30 clubpoints (journeys should have been over £250) only lasted 6 months.
HSA medical care has just started and youth hostel, rambling so keep looking.

Think it is harder to sell the points now as they are named.

Why not use them for xmas bday pressies eg mag subs for £6 to £15 clubpoints get a years worth of mags eg good housekeping/car mags.gardening/history. I did this last year and saved a packet at xmas. Even some teens mag like Company for £6.

    Good luck.

The othet thing I do is order things for relatives who pay me more than the clubcards but less than the deal costs really so we are all happy.
