not quite the same but, at least once a quater I have a week where points are not added. They don't get added on the end either and I lose out everytime!

another quickie...how long do the vouchers take to come in the post or are they E-vouchers?

Dont know to much as I dont do the tesco thing but do you have a time in which to use them - this might be the answer.

Think people have reported receiving them next working day - my last lot took 3 days using the 'paper form'

If you have a tesco credit card the points can go down if you return something to a shop and get a refund on your credit card. Could this be the case?

No I haven't returned anything.

I've just got off the phone with Clubcard, and on their system my missing points are still showing - they have no idea why I am seeing a different figure online.

Guess I'll have to try and keep tabs on it, but its a pain in the a**e.

just tried to order...... didn't have exact amount as other vouchers are old and online It would let me pay balance of cost - vouchers = £1.75 in Cash.

needed £11.25 only have £10 in vouchers as other are old....any way to pay for the balance or will I have to post them off?

If post...then how do I do that.

How long does it take for points to come into my account/card after gaining them through a promotion?

I purchased a widescreen LCD TV in the recent sale, and have so far gained 400 points from the purchased. However, I also used their current offer code of 1000 extra points with an electrical item purchased over £50.

How long will I need to wait before I get the points?
