I've just made an order with a 1000 extra points, it's my first points one, I usually use money off ones.

Is it right that I should order more than the £50 its got to be to allow for any out of stock stuff and bogofs etc?

I will probably have to change the order before the delivery date on weds will the points code still go through ok? I have already put it through the checkout and have conformation email with the 1000 points off showing as 1p. I was just worried in case it messed it up oif I change the order
    Thanx

I thought the ACTUAL spend had to be over the stipulated amount (ie£75) to qualify for the extra points - does anyone know for sure if it is just the guide price going over that amount that qualifies you for the extra points??
Points qualify on the guide price not the actual spend

before i order this weeks shopping could i, in theory, buy everything thats bogof to get me to the £75 - still get the points but the bill would only be £37.50? (not that they have that many bogof offers but you know what i mean! :rotfl: )

    hi

    few questions really

1 ordered wine and when it came i rejected it cos there was no sign of the points on the leaflets .

Had to call tesco cos the money still taken out of my bank, they stated that only refund the price of wine and not delivery charge as the points according to them were in the form of 00.1 tponts to be added , and they would have been added next statement,

    1. can they keep the delivery charge
    2. are they correct in saying that the points would have been added on the next statement (even though they were not on my receipt
    thanks

    Hi there,

I don't know about the delivery charge but wine extra points never show on the delivery notes, they do get added to the next statement - although sometimes you do have to chase them up lol! HTH

In theory yes but from reading this thread it seems that it only allows some people - i have no idea why though!

Also any other ways of scamming her points/vouchers of her would be much appreicated. I have already entered my clubcard number into her online account as she spends lots onlin and i spend very little online so i have kept my original online clubcard number(i seem to have cc two numbers, the first from when i started an online account 2months ago and the second from the physical cards they sent me last month.

    thanks all

Well I ordered just over £50 (until it would let me add the voucher basically...) and there was a replaced item and one item had come out cheaper than the list price (due to weight of item etc) and so I didn't get my £50. Being none to chuffed I raced to the phone and called the helpline and explained it to them and they were really nice and still credited my account with my 1000 points YAY! :j Ofcourse I don't think they have to do this so it might just be because I had a really nice person on the end of the phone :)
