I recently shopped online at Tesco wine and bought 12 bottles of wine using a 1200 extra points code, problem is the points have not shown up on my account yet.
Does it take longer for these to appear on your account?
Thought I would ask you knowledgeable guys before emailing tesco.

I would email them, just to make sure; it wont matter if they were going to put them on any way; but you dont wont to lose them. Enjoy the wine, any chance I could have a glass?

after reading this thread , i used my vouchers on a avis car rental deal , as i am going to visit my brother-in law in the north of scotland , (i live near bristol) , absolutly brilliant , i got a weeks rental for £40.00 instead of £160.00 , it would cost more to drive up there in fuel . coupled with a cheap easy jet flight (40.00 return ) will be a cheap holiday ,
Certainly will be checking the deals in future as spending in store is a complete waste of cash , as they are worth 4 times face value with the deals thanks all

yes can be used for overseas rentals , but you need to book 3 weeks in advance , and obviously with avis all the best andy

    Hi
Does anyone know if when you have Clubcard points added to your account from Tesco till receipts and the CS person doesn't scribble through either the barcode or the no. of points that the receipt was worth, if you could, in effect, get the same points again added by presenting that receipt again for the points to be added?

I rang CS at Tesco today (about the 1200 extra clubcard points on wine), and was told that it takes 4 or 5 days for them to be added on to your account. I looked on my account today and the ordinary points for the wine have been added on already.
Keep an eye on your account!
I've never used clubcard vouchers for anything but shopping in the past, but am now saving for a trip with Shearings.
I have the un-used money vouchers in a drawer and they expire 07 & 08.
My question is: Do I need to convert them to Shearings vouchers now.....................or do I wait till I have enough for a holiday then redeem them???

In answer to CGG I believe that you could present the receipt again and have the points added again, I read on another forum that people were rubbing out the cs scribble if they were using pencil. Its worth a go.

To Lilac Lillie i think that the clubcard vouchers last 2 years from issue but deals tokens are only valid for 6 months. With some of the holiday deals if you are not paying in full at booking by deal tokens they may require the deposit in cash. So it might be best to wait until you have enough to pay in full, you could email Shearings and ask them how it works. I am saving for either Butlins, Haven or Cosmos depending on how much I can save.

I use my recent clubcard vouchers to order wine online but Tesco cancelled the wine order as it wasn`t in stock.
DAK what happens to the unused vouchers?
I still kept them but do Tesco replace them or can I use them again either in store or online.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I've only just had my wine points from some wine I bought in April last year...

Alison67- ring tesco and be very clear about the promotion you were supposed to have got. In my experience, it is likely autocentre added the points, but clubcard didn't.
