Well I ordered just over £50 (until it would let me add the voucher basically...) and there was a replaced item and one item had come out cheaper than the list price (due to weight of item etc) and so I didn't get my £50. Being none to chuffed I raced to the phone and called the helpline and explained it to them and they were really nice and still credited my account with my 1000 points YAY! :j Ofcourse I don't think they have to do this so it might just be because I had a really nice person on the end of the phone :)

    Hi there,

I don't know about the delivery charge but wine extra points never show on the delivery notes, they do get added to the next statement - although sometimes you do have to chase them up lol! HTH

My points showed on the delivery/picking note everytime.

It usually says -0.01 voucher (regardless of the points value). Also, when you have put the order through online at the checkout, before you press 'yes' to send your CC details, make sure that the same line as above shows on the order.

If it doesnt, it means the points either havent gone through or been accepted.

A good idea is to take a screen grab of the your checkout screen with the vouchers on. That way you have proof that you actually used them.

And to the people asking about min spends, you need to ensure that the FINAL VALUE when tesco do the shop and put it through the till for you shows as equal to, or more than the min amount. This is usually never the same as the final amount at the online checkout which is a guide price.

Therefore, I always spend about £70 when I have a voucher for £50. This takes into account the BOGOFS, smaller amounts of stuff - eg meat and veg, and any 3 for 2 offers.

    Good luck!

I emailed Tesco and asked about the spend for extra points and they replied that the amount debited at the time of delivery must be over the minimum spend not the internet guide price.

Does anyone know if the code to redeem online for the new clubcard vouchers can be used by someone other than the named recipient, i.e if someone gave me an unused code of one of their vouchers, if i could redeem it on my account online (to use for deals)
    Thanks in advance.
