Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

Just noticed while checking my old receipts that although my points are showing on each shop I make the total has not went up for over a week. Can anyone help explain why this would be.

I used my new differently numbered clubcard for the first time yesterday. The receipt showed my old points total so that looked good.

Then last night before ordering wine online I changed my old clubcard number to the new one which it was happy to do (My Account / Your Clubcard Details). I'm surprised Tesco hadn't done that themselves - are they trying to keep track behind the scenes of all points whether on new card or old? Anyway I trust all goes well as I was using the wineclub mailing offer with 1200 extra points

the same with me but I went to Tesco again today and noticed that the points have now been updated :j

hello. i bought an expensive gardening item from tesco. got 2000 points, swapped them for wine points and spent them on drink for a wedding.
item now gone wrong and i want a refund- will they now back charge me for the wine?

Yeah I was meaning this, couldn't think of what it's called!

I don't really live near a Tesco but will be near one tomorrow so going to do my weekly shop and would have tried to use extra points coupons.

i never seem to get mine, til a few weeks after the first ones though! <sigh>
