Quick question - I know the may mailing cut-off date is tomorrow, but does that mean if I, for example, buy my shopping in tescos tomorrow and collect 100 points, will that 100 points (£1) be included in the may mailing? The only reason i ask is that the balance on the receipt doesnt update immediately - is this the balance that is used? Sorry if that doesnt make sense!

    Thanks in advance!

I think items purchased tomorrow will be included in the May mailing.

    Hi

I am about to order a magazine subscription token.

When I order will it allow me to start the subscription in a few months or do I start now?

I ask as my old subscription ends July 2008.

Should I order the token now and wait to order the subscription or do I wait to order the token?

    Thanks in advance.

    Anyone able to help?

I recently ordered a mag subscription (FHM) with my points, and I don't recall there being an option at any point to delay the start of the subscription. Once I ordered it online I received a mailing from the company (greatmagazines.co.uk) that that said when the first mag would arrive (about a month from the date of ordering it), and when it would end.

....I've just managed to dig out the mailing I referred to above, and at the bottom it gives a web address where you can 'manage the subscription online' - the egs they give are: check how many issues are remaining, change your address or extend the subscription - doesn't say anything about delaying the start though. There is also an email addie you can use to contact them.

Don't know if this helps at all!

    Thanks for the reply.

What I want to know is when you order the subscription with your points what do you get?

Do you get a code or a voucher?

Then how long do I have to order the magazine? Or does the magazine start immediately once I order it through the TESCO website?

    Hi,
I recently used points for a good homes mag subscription. After redeeming points online I was sent a clubcard deal voucher for the mag and a form I had to fill in and send direct to the magazine subs dept. About 6 weeks later got a letter saying it had been processed and 1st issue was here last week. Sure the form had the option of which issue to start with and if it was a gift or not.
    Hope this helps.

They should have transferred all the points from the old one to the new one

Not received anything and no change on my clubcard account. Anybody else getting clubcard points but not green points on their receipts. Phoned them up and it still not updated online either. I was told that they were included in the total but you could see from the successive receipts nothing was added. Disappointing!!!
