I am saving my CC vouchers but haven't managed to get enough yet, can I extend the expiry date on them?
Yes, contact Tesco customer services and they'll extend them for you - you may have to return them and they'll reissue new ones - can't quite remember, but they'll tell you on the phone.0 -

I have £700 odd worth of deals tokens for Goldsmiths. I have changed my mind and want to return them for a credit back to my account. When I phones they said I should return them but send them recorded incase they went missing in the post. How does everyone else send theirs back as to insure them I will have to pay £5 for special delivery.
tesco only want proof that you have sent them, so recorded is enough.

Go for a night for OH's birthday and then for mine but just for one night at a time.
Just found out they have changed the terms and conditions to a minimum of two nights only.
Thats us up the swanny. Cant do 2 nights as difficult to get child care for that long.
Will have to have a rethink on what to use vouchers for.

Hi, has anyone received a new card and key fobs? I got mine today... why? Simple replacement?0

I'd buy those Goldsmiths tokens from you patchwork cat if you live in the Berkshire/Oxfordshire area?
It'd mean popping into a local Goldsmiths and buying a Rado watch for the wife, but I'd compensate you for your time
Incidentally - has anyone ever used tokens from more than one source to pay for a single item? I've been sweeping ebay for vouchers prior to May 1st and now have several tokens for LA Fitness from different sellers. Anyone heard of Tesco complaining about this if, say, LA fitness were to call and verify the tokens? I imagine they'll have clear record of where each one came from.

I just realized this may be the forum that can help me!
I've never traded in points for vouchers, but recently started saving my points for a trip. The Tesco account is in my husband's name; when we buy vouchers for airmiles, will they be able to be used in our Airmiles account, which is in my name? Can I get tickets for both of us?
Also, the Airmiles account is in my married name, but my passport is still in my maiden name so I buy my tickets in that name on my passport. Can I use points to buy tickets for myself in my maiden name even my married name is the one on the Airmiles account? If not, I may as well use the Tesco points for something other than a trip.0 -
I want to order some Irish Ferry Clubcard deals vouchers. I've got £12 and my OH has £3 - can I use his to add to mine to give us £60 off the ferry? Or can I only use mine?0

Hi All,
Lookign for some advice off someone who has used Tesco deals with Virgin please. Booked a holiday with Virgin, sent off deals recorded delivery as requested. I know that the vouchers got there in time as I have checked delivery on the Post Office site.
However when I phoned the Virgin helpline, they have not received the vouchers yet? Apparently they go to a different department and what happens is they send out an invoice for the whole amount owed (minus deposit) and then when they eventually receive the vouchers from the other department, they send a revised invoice for the amount minus the amount in deals.
Seems a dreadfully long winded way around and this time spoke to people in a foreign call centre who didn't really seem to know what they were doing?!
Did anyone else have this sort of problem - I am getting stressed about it all as I need them to accept the £1000 in deals I sent off,
Any help would be gratefully received?!0 -
Just wanted to warn people that there are some rogue till spits coming out at the moment... they say "save £2 when you spend £20" and claim to be valid in store or online. However they don't have a bar code and apparently are only valid online. This may be limited to the Isleworth Extra store but if it is there are plenty of disgruntled people there - the person in front of me in the customer services queue had exactly the same problem. I rang Tesco who have given me points in lieu, but thought others might want to know.0
