Tatler's promised Decleor gift (supposedly worth £90) has been summarily replaced by a bottle of perfume: Maybe Baby by Benefit Cosmetics. I was cross because I am allergic to perfume. AND its only worth about £25. that doesn't compare too well with a promised £90 value gift!Its already on eBay for £17.99.
I shall complain because if I had been given the option to cancel (as other mags have done when the gift runs out) I most certainly would have done.
As it is they've taken my money and offered me no choice. Sickening.

Has anyone got the e-mail address / telephone number to complain to the men's fitness/ addidas promotion, I have complained twice to the one the subscription form, and got no reply.

Same here. Have emailed them twice now and haven't had a response. I understand companies can be busy, but at this stage I think they're simply ignoring me. A simple yes or no answer would be appreciated, if only to save me the bother of having to chase them up.

I was actually going to continue with the sub for my brother, even if I didn't receive the free gifts, but when I consider how they're ignoring me I think I'll probably just cancel it.
