NE Girl - You still come on here? We were both in the same boat before with not receiving any gifts or mags. I have now got elemis eye cream and dove gift set as well as 4 mags. Have you received anything yet?

If you didn't get such an email, I would contact them and ask when you should expect to receive your gift.

beaten you to your suggestion lol. When everyone was posting about having the email, I mailed them, and they replied as I hadnt got THE email, then that would mean I would be receiving the gift - (yes, I know, heard it all before! lol), so I wondered if anyone else who didn't get the email had received theirs as I'm beginning to think it never existed!! Thanks for your reply. x

I didn't get THE email, still haven't received the stuff yet, so I emailed them 23 March, and they replied that the gift was "en-route" and to allow 28 days for it.

hi flis :wave: In the last couple of days ive received the bourjois make up and my copies of house beautiful, ideal home and marie clare - i still have loads outstanding though and loads of dd's set up on my account but not sure whats for what anymore!! :rotfl:

I have taken 2 subs with Red recently- one for a friend and have been let down with the free gift on both counts, the one for my friend i was given the option to cancel so did but my subscription payment has been taken(Bliss serum) and have just been told on the phone that it was never guaranteed so its tough basically.
I havent recieved any mags yet so was wondering if under the direct debit guarantee i am entitled to a refund of unmailed issues, if so what is the best way to go about it-have already cancelled the direct debit.

What a load of rubbish! I know that other people are being refunded so I shall now have to send another email requesting this instead. I am really disappointed because this is the first mag subscription I have taken out and don't feel too hopeful about my Zest one now either!

Has anyone had a parcel today from parcel force, signed delivery, got one waiting at the P.O. tomorrow, the suspence is killing me. Do not know how I am going to last until 4 tomorrow!!

Can't even remember what I have subscribed to! ohhh eck!
