Can I cancel a bt mobile contract early?

I have had a BT mobile for 2 months and the signal is awful in my house, text messages are delayed and I get cut off.
My wife's got exactly the same problem. All attempts to complain are defeated by the length of time it takes to speak to someone.
Why the hell is there no signal in the house????? I thought BT used one of the other mobile networks (o2?), andI've not heard about this problem with anyone but BT mobile.0 -
Apparently Bt mobile use the t mobile network ,according to an unreliable source (i.e. the bt customer service) they are changing over to the vodafone network at the end of January....
so it maybe better then
Did you know that the accetable time for a text to arrive is 72 hours!!!!!0 -
Had a little bit of good news from bt they have offered me 1 months line rental off next month to compensate me for my trouble!!!
They said that it would pay for next month until the signal improved so I have decided to wait it out....
Not too bad a result considering I didnt expect any useful reply.0
