think you have used up your 5 code tries, it normally says "code Error" if the code is wrongEx forum ambassador

It does come up Code Error if I type in 12345 or 00000 but entering the #pw+ codes it comes up Phone Restricted.0

YOUR DOING IT ALL WRONG!!!
take out the sim- make sure there is no sim in the phone, then switch it on again and u should c the message- INSERT SIM. Then type the code in and it should work if u used the correct criteria. should say "sim restriction removed" or something like tht0 -
I've done a couple of 3310s and a 5100 before and as you say the message SIM Restriction Removed comes up if successful or another message if not correct but on the 3220 nothing happens after inputing the code, the code just remains on the screen.0

like i said...with your repeated entering of codes you have used up your 5 tries...Ex forum ambassador

But it never came up with a message from the very first attempt, when no SIM in the phone and the codes are inputed they just stay on the screen I guess I'll have to take it to someone to unlock it, cheers.0
