Unlocking Nokia 3220 Type RH-37

I have a nokia 3220 locked to O2/Tesco . Ser. No is 357063000970597. I've obtained a few codes but how exactly are they inputed into the phone? Is it without a SIM card or with new SIM card. With SIM card in I get Phone Restricted and when I select Undo it asks for Restriction Code to be entered, is this when I enter the pw+ code? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

you should enter it without the sim card in....unless you cannot enter the last # on the code, in which case put another networks sim card in and enter the code when asked for a restriction code

the above code is for Tesco...O2 has a different Network setting ...they are not the same !

Thanks for the reply, without SIM card in I punched the code in but it just stays on the screen does it need to be entered in or would it say No SIM restriction if it had worked? It is locked to O2 but I thought in association with Tesco

try it with another Networks sim card in the phone, enter when it asks for a restriction code

Still comes up with Phone restricted. Do you have the O2 unlock code for it please?

you need to know which Network it is locked to really, why are you not sure if it is Tesco or O2 ?

The phone was O2 but the guy who gave it to me said it was O2 with someone else not sure if he said Comet, Currys one of the big stores anyway

That's the one I got as well but it does not unlock it, I tried inputing it when Enter Restriction Code comes up and then press OK but still get the Phone Restricted message coming up afterwards.

I'm not sure if that is the correct way of inputing the unlock code as it shows Phone Restricted straight after pressing OK whereas when I entered 12345 and OK it came up Code Error
