National Hunter

OK I've finally got my National Hunter report back and have a few questions-
First I have one 'Applicant Refer' note from Sygma bank, now I know what this is for as my ex-partner used one of my credit cards fraudulently. They accepted this was not me using this card and my CIFAS report shows this as a category 2 - victim of impersonation. So do I need to do anything about this, ie do I need to get in touch with Sygma to get them to remove this 'Applicant Refer'?
Second their is a record from 'Barclays Financial Crime (AFDT), product Account, with a Employer name of someone I've never heard of (L Twigger?). Should I be worried about this? Sounds a bit scary, Financial Crime! The main applicant name and address details are all correct.
Last, I have a few records which are clearly a result of my ex-partners illegal activities - a Marks And Spencer Money account (product MSCRDT-DB whatever that is) with the wrong address details and her mobile number. A Creation Consumer Finance (product Loan but no amount listed under loan?), which has name as Miss instead of Mr, and another with Miss for RBS Direct Finance, and the wrong telephone number and finally an MBNA Europe Bank limited which has her mobile number as the contact details.
So should I now be contacting all of the above and making sure they update the details they have on me?Really not sure how important or urgent it is that these details get corrected as soon as possible?
I would help if these reports actually gave you contact details for these companies instead of just a name! They do seem to be as unhelpful as possible, and the National Hunter website doesn't exactly give you a lot of help.
Ok, you write to Sygma and send proof and they will deal with the applicant refer.
Regards to Barclays, just ring N Hunter and they will amend this because it is an error - they always do it (its actually the member of staff that input the entry and has no fraud affect on you - just an error that is easy to fix and N Hunter know about them and erase the field).
Regards to your ex's entries, these will be differentiated with you - best to write to N Hunter and explain that she is an ex and that you have no financial link. They may use the old link you created when you were together but argue with N Hunter for removal - then go to the OC if N Hunter refuse (they shouldn't refuse).....
Good Luck - keep us posted, but whatever specific advice you need give us a holler cos we've spent a lot of time with these clowns....2010 - year of the troll

For your information, the term 'Applicant Refer' means that any National Hunter member who accesses this record may wish to contact (ie refer to) the original loading member
Also if anyone can answer - they hold similar info on me like they do with Undergounds post - nothing bad or with refer on it. But why do they hold this info in the first place ONLY - and nothing else? As i've applied to dozens of lenders down the years a lot of reputable ones i.e. Co-op, Abbey etc - big instituions that would from my experience update to hunter - but this info is unrecorded. Why? should I be concerned they hold this info on me only and not others? As I note on the forum some people have had letters back stating that they hold nothing on them - even though by sounds of things they have applied for credit in the past.0
