worst bank going for customer service, they find it very difficult to answer phones
I've always found them to be polite and quick to deal with problems / queries. Every bank / building society will have their fair share of customers who aren't happy with service.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

They advertise a typical rate of 15.9% for their gold card (16.9% from May). I thought they also had a classic card on their website, which was 19.9% from memory. Which card did you get?Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

I don't like guessing APRs and limits... they vary so widely. My NW is really different to my Cap1 for example, both in terms of APR and limit. I think that NW tend to be a little more conservative with limits though.

That's pretty good - I have 16.9% and was offered a 5,400 limit (!) with a clean record, so they're obviously not penalising you.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0
