the article in the times suggests he is the dumbest criminal in the city. i think its the opposite, he has 80 videos on you tube incriminating himself in loads of different crimes and all he got was an asbo! i think he is making a fool out of the legal system,not himself....work permit granted!0 -
It happened to me last year and I was 80 miles from home, was not going to make a trip back there the next day just to pay so I called home on the mobile and used my wife's debit card number to pay.
Otherwise the 24 hours/form filling bit would have applied.0
