It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Thanks hun. I'm actually the kind of mum that encourages her kids to get dirty and climb trees, so no need for sneaking in.

As predicted, they came home hungry, soaking wet and filthy. They've been exploring apparently, with loads of friends out making dens, climbing trees and generally being kids.

Sounds just like the stuff I used to get up to :D

i love it when Erin has happy days like that but there aren't that many kids too friendly with her... it's so frustrating.... as where we live there are loads of cool places to explore safely and no real dangers...

thank heavens for mobile phones though.... i'm sure when we were young we would be gone for 8hours and parents must've had no idea where we were at all.... whereas i do tend to check on her every half hour or so..... but then she is still young...

have just texted bunny to see how she is......
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I am so bored tonight - the house is a tip (it was immaculate at the weekend.....blimmin kids) and I can't be bothered to do any housework.

    What can I do instead?
