    Yay, how long Linda ?

About an hour (on and off)
I jogged down to our park and basically just went round the lake 10 times with breaks in between, it felt good to be running again.
It was persisting it down but the rain was really refreshing on my face as I'm another one that gets very hot and turns beet root red when I exercise.

I've eaten really healthily today too, prebiotic yoghurt for brekky and a banana,
Innocent orange juice with bits in

Spinach, mackerel, avocado, boiled egg salad for lunch with balsamic vinegar dressing followed by another yoghurt

apple and banana for afternoon snack

I had to go to Ilkley today so I called into the butchers for a couple of fillet steaks and some lovely purple sprouting broccoli for tea.

I have just had a couple of fruit kebabs that Jess made because I lay out fresh strawberries, pineapple, grapes and kiwi fruit in bowls for her to create some 'fruit sticks' as she calls them.

thank heavens for mobile phones though.... i'm sure when we were young we would be gone for 8hours and parents must've had no idea where we were at all.... whereas i do tend to check on her every half hour or so..... but then she is still young...

And at what age is she not going to be young..?

Everything you send down the loo can do that. That's why you must always flush properly.

well she'll always be a young thing compared to any of us!

what i meant was, she's been out playing in the village since she was probably 5... which is young compared to the life she'd have had if we still stayed in the rough estate we were in when she was born.....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
