    Hi everyone

Glad to see the forum up and running again :D Where do you find the 'unthank' button? JIC I should need it.

I have a cunning plan to get all the stars this week.....................

We will be in the carryvan and therefore it will be tidy :D We get back on Fri and I shall give it a total clean out ready to go back in storage thereby completing all the lists :D:D:D:D:D

lil_me it sounds like we will be close by (going to York) we should arrange to meet up.

It seem s to have disappearred - it was at the end of the line just below the 'thanks' button - somebody will have said its not nec so they will have no doubt removed it - why do they they have to keep meddling with things!

You should have kept quiet about the 'cunning plan' - not sure as i will be giving you stars now :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hope you are all organised and A&W have got over their excitement - have a brilliant time.

    I'm in again this week.

We've got loads done today. Managed to finish off the lounge from last weeks list and then cut the grass at the front while DH did LOADS of clearing in the garden. Really impressed with how much he's got done today. The girls had a great time playing out all afternoon and only came in to eat tea. DD1 (aged 6) was really lovely this afternoon too. When DD2 dropped her ice cream outside DD1 gave the rest of hers to DD2. Bless her. She said that it made her think of how sad she felt when she dropped her ice lolly a couple of years ago and how it made her feel better when Daddy gave the rest of his to her. She's then been brilliant helping DH in the garden too. So I made her a hot chocolate before bed instead of milk as a treat for being so lovely today and she got to stay in the garden with her Daddy until late (only 8pm...but really late for her).

I was also very good and scrubbed the kitchen window frame outside and the back door.

Anyway, for this week I think I might do the kitchen tomorrow as the bedroom isn't looking too bad and the bedding was only changed on Friday. Don't really like swapping days as I like to stick to the right list for the right day but not much point in doing the bedroom tomorrow.

Think I've waffled on long enough so I'll see you all in the morning.
    xx

ETA: Welcome Lazarus. Hope you have a good first week.

If you like it, mention it on the upgrade thread...

... however, they did say that the point of this upgrade was to make the forum faster and more stable by doing the software upgrade, and that once they're happy that it's all working as it was before they'll start introducing the new features that the new software offers.

Kitchen is now just about bearable. Off to try to turn my mattress, then bath & bed. Oh yes... and physio at some point... :o
