1 cupboard is bags of room a lot of the time when we go away it's proper show travelling , away for a long time with a little amount of clothes. For caravaning 2 weeks of clothes consist of 3 pairs trousers, 1 pair dressy, a couple of tops and a jumper and jacket, shoes and wellies and 1 pair of shorts (I love wellies and shorts together nice caravaning look) and undies 1 cupboard, hanging rail and 3 shelves, houses all 5 of our clothes tonnes of room!

OMG I struggle when I think that I need wellies, trainers, slippers, and a pair of boots just for me :p

Has anyone seen/used this site, I like to use it when I'm away and sometimes at home. You can get a local one and find out whats in that area, great for hols and finding cheap/free things to do with the kids, maybe you could take a look at the area you are going Kaz?

    I've got their cookbook :rotfl:

    Evening all

Flying this evening has consisted of cooking dinner, washing up, speaking to SiL for an hour on the phone, cooking spag bol for tomorrow night, and washing up...

now off to catch up with the thread, am too pooped to do anything else. bit of a bad day at work again, mainly to do with being told the wrong venue for a meeting (which i was doing as a big favour to a colleague), spent half the morning trying to get back to my own office which was where the meeting actually was! grrr. anyway, some of you, toots especially, will be pleased to know I am going to apply for another job. it's one i think i'd like, bit better money. I spoke to the guy i'd be working closely with today and he's keen for me to apply and thinks i have a good chance. gotta be worth a shot...so my weekend will be working on the application.

which reminds me, greenbee, did you ever apply for the one you were thinking about?

My stairs and landing now have new carpet down and it looks fab.

I have also taken the kids to the park again for the afternoon and DS had a friend for tea and a sleepover.

We also had some good news about the proceeds from selling our villa in Florida. The money should be in my bank account next week which is great with the exchange rate being so low - works in our favour :j:j

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Thanks for that - will be a bit cheaper than new leggings!

As that makes me feel a bit better am now going to sort out my handbags and may even clean the cupboard under the sink - but if I do that I am going to do it with no clothes on (don't worry - curtains are closed :rotfl:) to avoid any more accidents.

When I was having my half hour this afternoon (well a bit longer than that :rotfl:) had a little snooze on the sofa so am going to be wide awake later so maybe should put the time to good use... (but looking for the easier jobs and/or the ones I don't mind doing :rotfl:
