    OH NO!!!

Mentioned in an earlier post about smelling like bleach after knocking down the mould cleaner bottle .....

Just looked down and orange coin sized splodges on my black leggings where the bleach obviously splashed. I am SOOOO mad. I only bought them a couple of weeks ago to replace another pair which were looking a bit worn.

Anyone know if I use black dye (that washing machine stuff) whether it will cover the bleached bits or will the bleached bit just stay bleached?

I can't find a crying smiley but that's how I feel now - taken the edge off the feel good factor after the cleaning....

Kaz, I bought a small one from tesco last year that fits under one of the benches but to be honest it stays in the awning for a lot of the time, To be honest a lot is kept in the awning, I brought down a three drawer plastic unit left over from Dd's room which is housing clothing for DD and I as I was tired of fighting with clothes to find a saucepan!!!!!!
    BTW where you going?

We only have 1 storage cupboard for clothes and by the time we've put coats in there isnt much room for anything else. Have bought some of those collapsible storage crates to try and put stuff in to see how that goes and we're meeting friends who've been vanning for years so I will have a snout round theirs. Oh and havent dared get the awning out yet!

We're going to the lakes - Coniston on tues through to Sunday but breaking the journey on Monday somewhere in north yorks. OH sent me the info at work today to see what I thought of the site but to me at the mo they're all the same - fields for caravans. I dont think I've quite got into it yet :o
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

flower - does it really all need ironing. I used to iron everything but now only do uniforms or clothes if we're going somewhere 'proper' and no one seems to mind a bit

No, I am terrible, I iron as I wear it, but really need to get something ironed so I can grab and run, so it's easier when I'm busy - I can assure you I do as little as possible, my mum on the other hand.... :o

Kaz, it's fab, honest, our site is a field on a farm. It has toilets and showers and thats it. In the village there is a shop, a school, a church, a park, two pubs and a beach with a cafe/ shop, nothing too commercial and the kids have good old fashioned fun...feeding lambs, coastal path walks, instead of overpriced arcades and all that comes with large commercial sites....we love it anyway!!!
Do you not have any storage under your seats?, we have 4, 2 for bedding and we use the others for spare toilet /kitchen roll, the hoover and surplus food. HTH

1 cupboard is bags of room a lot of the time when we go away it's proper show travelling , away for a long time with a little amount of clothes. For caravaning 2 weeks of clothes consist of 3 pairs trousers, 1 pair dressy, a couple of tops and a jumper and jacket, shoes and wellies and 1 pair of shorts (I love wellies and shorts together nice caravaning look) and undies 1 cupboard, hanging rail and 3 shelves, houses all 5 of our clothes tonnes of room!

Has anyone seen/used this site, I like to use it when I'm away and sometimes at home. You can get a local one and find out whats in that area, great for hols and finding cheap/free things to do with the kids, maybe you could take a look at the area you are going Kaz?
