I havent come across them before flower but have been meaning to say that the interest rate in your siggy is horrendous!!! Hope you can get rid of it soon or could you transfer it to a cheaper rate?

No, they are for people who can't get credit - hence the high rate because, as we all know, when you're in trouble what do the nice banks do but kick us in the you-know-wheres - and they wonder why people can't afford to pay them back! (Right, off the soap box quickly before it turns into a rant... ;))

But! Good news is that my insurance are paying out for the accident I had last year - just over £1200 - so I will be paying them off!!!! :j:j:j
Was going to spend some and do other stuff, but I need to be sensible and pay them off - and if something drastic comes up, we can always use it again... (not!) I need to check with First Direct, as we have a card with them, to see if they have any special offers on transfers, as I could pay that card off and then transfer the vanquis one over to them instead at a cheaper rate - 2 birds with one stone so to speak...

Anyhooooos, flying wise, I HAVE BATHED THE DOGS!!! Really hard work as Toby is a BIG dog, and now although they smell nice, the house smells of wet dog... I will dry toby off a bit with the hairdryer, but max is petrified of it, and as I have got through 4 towels already, don't really know what else to do... Here they are HATING every minute of it... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    3420610555_bd4a20707d_m.jpg3421418774_0afb056076_m.jpg

And how the bath looked when I had finished...:eek::eek:
    3420610151_cc0838df6b_m.jpg

And that's after I have scooped a load out! I have had to dry it out with the dog towels a bit so that I can wait till it's dryer so I can vacuum up the hair before I start cleaning IYKWIM - guess what I'm off to do now...;)

grrrrrr why dont my smilies work!!!!

Dont be disheartened if you cant to EVERYTHING at once!! I used to be like that.....your trying to do too much at once.

Just do level one this week.....then it becomes routine. Spend 5 minutes decluttering everyday then as the clutter gets less, the cleaning gets easier. Your house doesnt become tidy overnight, it wont miraclously be spick and span instantly - but you will soon notice a hugs difference.......i promise!!

I have never had 5 stars yet! and it took me a good few weeks and a lot of effort, but i am getting there, and you will too.

    hugs and babysteps xx

Thanks for the HHC Juliejim...because I now have a clean, ironed and repaired cover over the bedroom chair (made the cover when pregnant with DS so that's 16 years ago now - and I remember washing it once***blushes***
I also brought in the rest of the washing, and have ironed it. Clearly impeccable timing because it rained - one of those April showers but with big, heavy raindrops...as I ironed. Sunny again now.
I am going to walk to the postbox and post the crossword from the Sunday paper in the hope of a 'grand' win LOL

pfff i am back ... from the park  - we've spent over 2 hours there of which for one hour we trawled through the forest and bushes fighting 'baddies' and hiding on our secret submarine :D

came back and 'had to' quickly finish the cake - it's in the fridge now and the kids are leaving trails of saliva everywhere :rotfl: - oh well, we'll have a taste in a little while ;)
cake is not a common factor in our house - i hate baking
