Woody is home, he is a bit too interested in investigating where his bits have gone and not happy that I won't let him out. He is still a bit wobbly from the drugs but woofed down his half a meal which he was allowed.
Been to the galleria with DS1&2 and got the golf tops DS1 has been asking for for ages and a couple of tops for DS2 plus a cheap ski top for me for next year.
Need to pick DS3 up from his party in a minute and then hope to get either HH cleaning my bedroom or DS1 trying on his clothes to see what doesn't fit anymore.
Kaz - I was wondering earlier about your OH's job I hope it gets sorted out soon, is he without pay?
MOJT hugs hun I can't give you advise on the mortgage but you will find some on other threads I'm sure
LL how are you today hun? Have you heard from your brother's family?
Michelle - good to see you. I'm totally overwhelmed at the moment too and I'm not back at work and my youngest is 7!
Abbie I'm glad the party went well and hope the sickness doesn't last too long

I am taking kids both to and from Jiu Jitsu (past bottom of Mummyyof5's road - will wave - mine's the shiny xsara LOL) as the other mother is at work, her hubby has arm in sling and cannot drive and their father is off work and has other plans...those two kids are shared between mum and dad which works well for them usually. So I shall be in Sainsbury's in Dronfield killing time no doubt...because it's too far to go and come back IYSWIM. I could be a good girl though and take my knitting...last sleeve...nearly there!
List of broken stuff to sort
Kitchen phone (Boots TP1500 - ancient!)
Bedroom phone and answering machine BT Calypso - it might be the batteries...
Lawnmower - belt slipping
DD has JUST realised that the Wii no longer has avatars or any stored info - you lose everything if it is returned to Nintendo - small price to pay IMHO since it has been repaired...free, gratis and for nothing...Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Hello all - hope the meet was good! Sorry I couldn't make it - car pulled a sickie  but it's better now. Who knew it needed oil
:o!!
So, am back in and flying this week, working to my own day list, but each one should cover the tasks set by HRH - if not, I'll fit them in somewhere!
Today was The Living Room. But, I ended up ironing (as weekend spent in the garden/garage) and clearing kitchen surfaces/dishes. So, have got a bit of Lily Allen on (great for cleaning to!) and will be off for a HHC 4.30-5, if anyone would like to join me.
I would like your advice on cheeky blighter neighbours.....I have a house which comes with 2 parking spaces- one for visitors at the front, and one for me at the back. House behind my parking space at the back has new owners, and they are building a conservatory (it's hideous!!) and have been taking their fence down, and parking skips, wheelbarrows, cement mixers, poles, old baths (?), you name it, in mine and my neighbours space. They haven't asked permission once!!
I pulled up there today, and the bloke got really cross with me when I beeped and asked him to move the stuff so I could park. I had to honk, because the cement mixer was sooo noisy! He was really rude, and made out I was being unreasonable by asking him to move the fence, etc.
Am I being unreasonable?
Sorry to rant, but he quite upset me!!
ok - HHC - NOW!!!!!
ETA: Will catch up on thread this evening, but interim hugs for all!!:A FLY FIRST, KNIT LATER :A0 -

off to get the washing in - might even do a bit if ironing - well .... maybe!
toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
