But I'm off to my folks in a minute for a roast beef special :T

    :easter:

mmmmmmmmm roast beef  I'm down the road from you in Stirchley. It is bloomin chilly yes. Not loving that. I want a nice sunny Bank Holiday walk round Moseley Bog! :D (which is not an unpleasant toilet for those not from Brum!!:D )

greenbee - which May bank hol? I might be up for that depending when and where.

First one (I'll be walking on the second one too, but it'll need to be longer by then!). I'll work out the details and let you know.

I didn't make it to church either... woke up at 9 and church is at 9.30 but needed a shower...

I'm currently clearing out my books again (it's either that or buy a bigger house). If anyone is too lazy to sell them, I'm happy to take them off your hands. On the 27th is the St. Cross church fete in Winchester, which needs books for the book stall, and any left over are going to the village shop in Devon for the air ambulance (I started this off about 5 years ago, and it does very well - people take a book, donate, bring it back etc...)

My dad's back from church, my mother is now out of the shower, so off for coffee & possibly easter eggs!

 no doc for the next 2 days so i'll have to wait and see anyways

What about A&E? In ours now you get to see the triage first, so you're not sitting there for hours, also, LO could stay in the car till she's called so not to spread anything, they may even come outside to check, ours do on certain things?) and they should be able to tell you one way or another? Or give the emergency doc a call?

Rosepink, do you think it's because you're confronting quite a few of your 'demons' (for want of a better word) at the moment that you are getting all these nightmares? You are trying (and very well I might add) to change a lot in your life at the moment, walking, going out, clearing stuff, etc... and it might be your brain trying to sort it all out? Just a thought, but our bodys can often fight change. If it is, maybe some kind of sleeping aid would help, Kalms, or something natural along that route - speak to your doctor or a health shop to see if they can help - I hope you can get past this as you are doing so well at the moment... Go You!!! :T:T:T

    Happy Birthday Msgnomey...:bdaycake:

Whooo, Gryfon, I just downloaded a photo from my Flickr account and saw some eyes and wondered how you were doing, and then there you were... spooooooky... Hope you're well...

Kaz, thanks so much for the link - have just ordered my tickets - Hubby is home that weekend too... :T:T:T:T Sooooo chuffed... We're off to Lydden Hill, Kent tomorrow to watch the Rallycross, haven't been there for years as we used to be quite into it - used to go all over the country - We even ended up in Valkenswaard (sp?) Holland for our Honeymoon:eek: (race was the weekend after, so we went as couldn't really afford anything else :rotfl:) It's great fun though...

Right, enough time wasting - off to make a cuppa and do those accounts...

Morning all and a Happy Easter to you
Had problems yesterday and couldn't get on, first of all the interent wiouldn't connect then apparently it did but took an age trying to get a sttart page on - I gave up.
Off to my youngest sisters later for easter so need to get ready which means I haven't really got time to catch up with the thread sadly...
Have managed to get another telephone working though having found some rechargeable batteries. Bought a new phone for the kitchen too - and I think that's what kicked off the problems but it was just to replace a 1 REN phone with a 1 REN phone however I have no broadband filter in there so that might have been it.
Have a great Bank Holiday all.

(and if I ever do get back note to self p 65)

greenbee - great, let me know. Length isn't really a problem for me, I've done 20 odd miles on occasion!

After a hunt for which organised place I'd put it in I've found my memory stick with up to date cv on. Now going to do a HHC on my application with no distractions. DH is wandering round like a bear with a sore head, poor thing, can't be easy doing a full time job, private work on top and then studying for exams most people get over a month's study leave for in the evenings!
