  • Right Lovies, I'm off to my bed - I'm scrubbed and showered, freshly made bed, vacuumed, dusted and cleared bedroom. Plus a good book to carry on with. Idyllic! :D

Sorry I don't understand that sentence

Crafty, it's taken me some time to admit it, but my name's Soappie and I'm a bookaholic..... I DO have far too many. And I must start doing a one out before I can get one more in :o

You've been arbitrarily looking at pictures, discover one of a cockpit, post it out of curiosity, discover it's a picture of a plane that crashed into a lake your Exh would normally have been fishing in, but randomly he chose to fish somewhere else!!! I wouldn't be letting your DS go fishing next weekend!!!:eek::eek::eek:

Actually, on reflection, it probably IS a good thing to let DS go fishing with ExH1 next weekend. Given past experience, where they will be will be the place a plane WON'T crash :rotfl:

DH is watching MOTD so I've been catching up on here. lovely evening with a chinese, bottle of wine, and sean connery bond film. I also started a wasgij (kind of jigsaw) this aft to amuse me whilst DH is working so late into the evenings at the moment.

I see soappie has her Miss Marple hat on ;)
my friend has kissed David Tennant (professionally - she's the actress....but still quite impressive!)

sexy - it won't be waterloo...froddy will post more details!

DH has just heard me typing and started humming the tune to 'murder she wrote' theme tune - he says I'm like Jessica Fletcher typing away (I think soappie will be amused by this!)

    Flylady London Meet

    Saturday 25th April

We will meet upstairs at London Bridge station at approx 12:00. We can get a drink and sit down whilst we wait for people to arrive.

The plan is to then go on a walk (thank you rach :D) round some lovely back streets to the river, and over Tower Bridge to St. Katharine Docks. The walk should take less than an hour.

We will then have lunch / drink / whatever people want in a pub / pizza place at the Docks and can stay there for as long as we want.

Hope that sounds ok for people.

I will be coming into Waterloo station and am happy to chaperone anyone who is not confident on tube lines etc. Just let me know where you want to be met and we will sort something out.

Please PM me if you are interested in coming.

    froddy x

Thanks soappie and kaz we had a great time thanks. The weather was not the best but then I don't think it has been fantastic anywhere. We have have been to quite a few places including World of James Herriot, DIG (in York) and Eden camp. Will add links tomorrow for those interested. Kids had a great time and Miss A will tell anyone who asks 'Mum only cooked ONE meal for us all week' :rotfl: lazy or clever I'll let you decide :p

But the bestest bit of news W rode a bike without stabalisers this morning :D:D:D:D:D:D:D
