hi
from reading past postings some of you have talked about a letter sent in june 2005, i did receive this letter but at the time didnt take much notice, should i send it in with my complaint letter or act like i never got it?0 -
I never had a letter - but i don't see the harm in you sending a copy of it to them with your complaint.0

I guess you won't be investing it in another AXA policy.

you should received back all the money you have paid them plus interest.
I think they only pay a set amount of interest.
My letters were replied to quite quickly, had full refund in weeks i think.0 -

I have two of these policies and I have just found this thread should I look at cashing them in or should I stick with them for a while longer. The only details I have to hand it that I started putting in £10 and over the five years It has risen to £20 I think that I have another 5 years or so left on them both. I wil have to dig out all the info before I am sure of the end date though.cross stitch cafe #90 UFO's 6 to finish in 2013, and loads of new kits to boot

Catwoman I only had 3 years left on my 15 year policy - I have cashed in & put in an ISA. I got approx £240 for 12 years saving - rubbish! I can probably do more than that in 3 years in my ISA.
I have no regrets in cancelling - money in ISA, £20 a month being added.
Find your policies & ask for a surrender value - it wont hurt.
Good luck!NEVER ASSUME! :rolleyes:0 -

don't accept the surrender value - that will only be half of what you have paid in
you need to write and ask for all of your payments back plus interest0 -
Just to be clear I did get all that I paid into my policy plus approx £240.00 interest.NEVER ASSUME! :rolleyes:0
