Healthy quick breakfast

I would like a healthy, quick breakfast that I actually like. I don't like any cereals or cooked breakfast.I like porridge but I find it hard to keep an eye on it and usually ruin it because of all the distractions. I like toast but all the things I like tend to be fattening i.e jam, marmalade, pate, cream cheese.
Any ideas ?

Banana & yoghurt? Tinned grapefruit? The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

What about the Oats So Simple range. They come in the right sized sachet and you just put them in the microwave with milk of water - you can't spoil it then?I haven't got one!0

Crumpets are dirt cheap, quick and tasty. Have with honey instead of butter.
Porridge is easy to do in the microwave using just porridge oats and milk. It also keeps you filled up until lunch, saving the need for snacks!0 -

If the OP has a microwave she can make proper porridge that she won't burn in less than five minutes.0 -
Microwave porridge.
Three desert spoons of Poridge oats, 1/4 Pt milk, put it in a wide top soup type dish. 3 1/2 mins on max in microwave.
( Oats so simple is the most revolting stuff I have ever tasted)I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
Poached egg on toast.
Two and a half minutes in boiling water whilst the bread toasts.
It also helps you to stay feeling satisfied till lunch. It's great to be ALIVE!0
