One for you to think about is First Direct's fixed rate ISA at 3.1%. It accepts transfers in and withdrawals. With HSBC stamped all over it, it looks a good product.
I'm considering transfering in myself from Lloyds FRISA and Barclay's Tax Haven. Will be reading up on the T&C's tonight.

http://www.firstdirect.com/savings/cash-eisa-overview.shtmlThe cash e-ISA is currently only available to first direct customers for the 2008/2009 Tax Year.
You will be able to apply for the 2009/2010 Tax Year from 6 April 2009.0 -

I feel shafted! I've just read through the details and it sounds great. Just spoken to them, answered in one ring, spoke to a person in Britain. Convinced myself and just about to apply.
You so are the bearer of bad news!
I hope they don't touch that rate on Monday.;)My farts hospitalize small children

They were accepting applications from anyone until two/three weeks ago, when they restricted the 08/09 applications to 'existing customers only', probably due to the popularity of the account.dreamypuma wrote: »I feel shafted! Also, don't just assume that the rate on your old ISA has dropped to 0.0000001%. I naturally assumed this on my old A& L Premier Issue 2 Isa, and when I checked, the rate is still:: 5.8%!!!!!!!
Check yours here:

now i need help in deciding where to transfer it to0 -
A good starting point is this post, read through it (those that do or do not accept transfers are shown) and take your pick. I'd suggest confirming rates with providers.hostertlady wrote: »now i need help in deciding where to transfer it to0
