just a note about the Kirkland UGG style boots, I am usually a size 7 but actually fitted a 5 (it says on the box should be a snug fit) so if they don't have your size try a size or two smaller. has anyone else found this??

I have size 7/8 feet (I know, big foot), so I tried on then got the size 7, but now think I should have gone for a 6 (which I didn't try on in the store, as the 7 was a nice fit and I thought the 6 would get stuck).
They are stretching a little now, as sheepskin do, so are a little large, but not too bad and are still lovely - but yes, go down a size I would say :)

Oh, and beware if you get the black version - if you wear it with no socks (which is lovely!) you will get very very black feet that do not instantly wash off - the dye is a !!!!!!. I'm hoping it wears off after a while of my feet taking the worst out of them, as it really looks shocking when I take them off at the end of the day, but they are so so comfy and snuggly and soft I can't bear to wear them with socks!

  • Are the Costco boots just slippers or can they be worn outside??

    They are proper outdoors shoes.

I've just bought a 2nd pair :o one as slippers one as shoes.

as they are sheepskin you aren't supposed to wear them with socks, if you do you get very hot sweaty feet, I justified my 2nd purchase with "they'll pay for themselves as I'll save on washing socks" ;):rotfl:

This is what UGG(R) say about theirs
Grade-A sheepskin is extremely dense and soft, which provides for a more comfortable and durable material. Lesser quality material and synthetics can be coarse, scratchy, and non-breathable. Grade-A sheepskin breathes naturally, wicking away moisture, and allowing air to circulate freely.
Fleece breathes, wicks moisture away, and allows air to circulate, keeping feet dry.
Sheepskin is naturally thermostatic thus keeping bare feet close to your natural body temperature regardless of the temperature outside.
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

I like the Nature Valley bars, you get a big box of 48 (can't remember the cost sorry) and bag of garlic bulbs where the cloves are huge. I also buy the frozen chicken breasts (no water injected and british) and the raw frozen king prawns.
Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.

    £9.25 + vat

Likewise, good quality, individually frozen breasts so very handy and only £10.49 for 2.2 kgs

We also get the Autarky dry dog food, 15 kg bag for £12.75, did some research on the food and it seems as good as any of the other 'premium' dry foods that sell for up to £40 for the same size bag.

    I lurrve Costco!:p
Have been a huge fan since living in the states a few years back. Its the smell! Nowhere smells like Costco! Yes, I know I'm weird, but my daughter feels the same.....
Anyway favourite buys are the muffins - YUM - fantastic value - in fact all their home bakery products are brilliant - its just so sad that they don't have cinnamon rolls here. Their birthday cakes are fab too - and so cheap!
I always buy my dog food there - Wagg is the cheapest - about £7 for 15kg. My dog has been thriving on it for years.
I also like their new range of ready meals - the lasagne is great.
And of course Costco caffs are legendary - as are their massive pizzas - and if you go at tasting time usually around 11am - 12pm on Thurs, Fris and Sats you won't need any lunch!
    Costco -:T
    Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)
