Hi.I noticed that greenhouses come up fairly often on Ebay. The ones I saw were collect only and sometimes asked if the buyer could dismantle. However it might be worth looking.Karen.0

Freecycle too. I'd steer clear of Norfolk - I bought a 'conservatory' and a cold frame from them, and wasn't impressed. Very flimsy aluminium, and none of the holes lined up properly.0

Hmm, i'd heard the same about Norfolk! I'm looking for something as well, theres a few new cheapish ones on ebay, has anyone had one of those?Mum to 3 children, 5 hens, 6 chicks, 6 eggs due to hatch, 2 cats, 1 dog, 9 fish and a husband...:eek:0

Have had 2 greenhouses from freecycle (6 by8's) and a polytunnel framework from someone in my street. Try gumtree also.0

Hmm well we read loads about norfolk and there seemed to be as many who loved theirs as hated them. Seems to be like marmite lol. We decided to go for one of their cheapy GH just to see if we will actually use a GH (don't want glass as have 3 young kids). Ordered it at weekend and it came yesterday so v.quick delivery. Now for the hard bit go to put it up at weekend lol.
Hope you find a GH at the right price soon.

ALIBOBSY did you get the budget greenhouse?I'm considering ordering that one as i don't want glass either and as i have a small garden looks just about the right size. Can you post what its like when you put it up as i'd be very interested to know what its like before ordering.0

I agree with you Balloo about getting a 'proper' greenhouse. I had a plastic one and it lasted all of a year and a half! I haven't seen the range at B&Q but I recently purchased a greenhouse from Walton garden buildings. It's pressure treated so you don't have to faff about with treating it and it was delivered really quickly and in my opinion very reasonably priced. I got the 6 x 8 version but i believe there's a 6 x 6 one too.0
