  • LONDON, Oct 21 - The interbank cost of borrowing
dollars and sterling for three months rose on Wednesday but the
equivalent rate for euro fell to an all-time low, according to
the latest daily fixing from the British Bankers' Association.

The three-month sterling London interbank offered rate
(Libor) was fixed at 0.58625 percent, the highest since
mid-September, after minutes from the Bank of England's October
meeting dented expectations for an expansion of its quantitative
    easing programme.

Below is a table of the London interbank offered rates
(Libor) for dollar, euro and sterling funds in percentage terms,
with the change from the previous session in parentheses.
