LIBOR still dropping...

Our mortgage is based on libor + 2.5% we are out of our deal now but will stick with it at present and hope to use the extra money to pay towards our mortgage ( interest only ) I hope the libor will stay low for some time ???

LIBORS 30th Sep

3mth 0.54188 (up 0.00188)
6mth 0.73750 (up 0.00625)
12mth 1.1025 (up 0.01250)

all slightly higher, due to it being half or quarter year end for many Banks that contribute to LIBOR. They will have many many fixings to cover - more than a usual month end - so will have therefore ramped up their LIBORs in order to maximise any profits (or minimise any losses!)
