Unfortnately I didn't post the item - i met the guy to deliver it. Does delivery matter in this instance if the dispute is because of an authorised transaction - they haven't said they didn't receive the item....
For fraudulent use of a card claim you can fight this with just a proof of postage, but it has to be a proper POP that paypal recognise.
