Has anyone received a DVD from one of their surveys? It was supposed to come last week and mine hasn't. I've emailed Lauren and she said to get back to her if it hasn't come in the next few days. Just wondering if anyone has got theirs?

yes, I received a DVD to watch on Thursday last week

did the rest of the survey and got another 300 points

Ordered a amazon e-voucher and a paypal credit saturday and i am still waiting for the voucher but got the paypal credit.

Ooh I'd forgotten about that. I didn't get mine either. Will email them and see what they say.

I ordered an HMV voucher on Friday and haven't received it or the confirmation e-mail either. Usually the e-voucher and confirmation come within about a minute of ordering.

Hi, bit of a daft question I suppose, but how are you meant to redeem your points? I can't see anything on the site, or do I take it they automatically email you when you hit a certain amount of points? If so when does this hapen?

You need to log-in, then go to Lightspeed Points Account, under Member Links (left hand side of page). It tells you there how many points you have and how many prize draw entries. Under that is a button which says 'Redeem my Points'.

I got my DVDs (3 of them) about a week ago. Was it the Simpsons ones?

I've completed the survey and collected 300 points.
