I`m still waiting for my dvd to be delivered. The other day I couldnt log in so I mailed them and apparently my account had been closed because I requested it be closed!, I didnt. I tild them and they reopened it.

I ordered 2 evouchers on the 17th and I have had no email confirmation or voucher. I emailed Lauren and have heard nothing back. Does anyone think its down to the 'new' rewards system?

My OH ordered an Amazon Voucher on the 19th. Bit worried, as usually we get them within half an hour, but no confirmation email here, either

I got the DVD, I only got one though I did the survey and got 400 points for it. It was more to do with the advertising than with the simpsons.

Dudius - Sometimes it can take up to a week for the amazon vouchers to come through, so have a bit of patience.

I too ordered an Amazon voucher recently and have not received it in the usual time (5 minutes). It's showing as 'shipped' on the rewards page, and clicking 'resend' doesn't seem to do anything either. If others are also experiencing it, it's obviously a problem at their end. The last two times I've ordered vouchers they've been in my inbox almost instantly, so either i've been spoilt on that front and sometimes it actually does take a long time, or there is a genuine problem.

Having the same problem, ordered on today and expected it to be e-mailed within the hour. I will give it over the weekend and then follow it up

I ordered Paypal credit yesterday evening (Thu 21st) from Lightspeed and am new to the website and was wondering whether anyone could tell me:

a) whether I should recieve a confirmation email
b) how long the payment usually takes to be credited into the account

I have created a new paypal account with the same email address used with Lightspeed, I have not entred any bank details into the account, but I presume the money will still be deposited in there anyway.

It has recognised the order on the page in which it lists surveys I have completed.

Any information would be good.

Ordered a amazon e-voucher on 14th sept, still no sign just emailed lauren.

Paypal payments are working fine (48 Hrs)

Hi you will get a email to confirm the payment has gone into your paypal account also it takes about 1 day to go into your account,ive also just had money go in to my paypal account today
