Yep I activated it, logged back in and checked the balance etc.

I've logged in and checked the balance...it's only at £2.02. I purchased items totaling £9.97 on my £10 card...they have taken £7.98 for 2 of the items and declined payment for the other...because they have taken too much on the other two. I presume this is play.com fault, but I'm wondering if there is a fee for using the card?? I won't be happy if there is because I wasn't informed of it

when you enter your pin to activate you then have to enter your card no so how do you know which card goes with which pin?

if someone won 80 times out of 76 entries as mentioned in previous post there must be a way of knowing what pin for what card?

just won £10, Yay. Also had 5 loser emails. Must buy more. Not good for the diet though.

This would be a VERY GOOD TIME for the Magnum rep to come back and post answers (just in case anyone is listening! )
