For anyone who is still waiting for their cards from previous wins, I emailed them today to let them know that I still haven't received my card from over 30 days ago. I have just got this response:

Dear Winner

Thank you for your email.

Due to some technical difficulties there has been a delay in sending out your Magnum Pleasure Card. These have now been rectified and your card is on its’ way and should be with you within 10 working days.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

That's different from the email I received.

Thank you for your recent email. I am sorry to hear that you have not yet
received your Pleasure Card.

Please visit our website at: mymagnum.co.uk and go to the Winning Zone
where you can log in and click on a link to report a card lost in transit.
We will then send you a replacement Pleasure Card by post.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time
to contact us.

frankly insulting of my and others intelligence

I have emailed back my thoughts and concerns at the level of service of the customer services dept :mad::mad:

I'm still waiting for wins from 3rd April till 16th March

I've just called them, I explained all of the above and I have been assured that another card will be despatched asap and will probably be here quicker than the original card.
The rep also said that 1 person had entered 80 times and had won 76 out of those entries. Not bad really.

Iv entered this for frist time and got this message

Does this main my entry went in ok or do I need to try again when the 15th is up????

Plus the codes are hard to read lol

i entered early today and mum entered later today and neither of us have had any reply only the confirmations we got when we entered.

I may have another ten boxes. that should last me till the end of the promo. wonder if my bro will eat some for me.

My friends son will. i enjoy eating them they are yum but don't wanna get fat.

Also wouldn't buy loads as wins are not guaranteed
