If you click Winners Zone it will ask you to log in/claim card with the codes they sent you.

Go to pleasure card, where you normally enter it, and at the bottom there is a winners zone, button. That's where you enter it.0

I tried to spend the one card I had won at play.com today and it's been refused! What's going on? I thought we were supposed to be able to use them anywhere that accepts mastercard!!!Married 5th June 20101st Baby born 12th April 2011:j0
