Ahhhh, Magnum, how I miss you and your funny ways.
How I loathe Pepsi and all it stands for.
Kitten, try leaving it 5 mins and going back later to see if the system refreshes. We had to do that with our forst card. Mind you - I'm still no further on with activating that erroneous DOB card.
After 3 email replies (which took over a week) I then got one telling me they "didn't have a paper trail" ie they lost my original emails - so didn't have my details and couldn't respond to my enquiry so I had to submit it all over again from the start!!!! :rotfl:Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

that's right, then click on activate card on the left hand side and then you need to enter the card number and the activation code sent on the letter with your dob0 -
I just tried to log in with my new card so I could remember how to do it and tell you. Guess what???? It has locked me out saying I have incorrectly entered my details 3 times!!!!!
WHAT???????????
Anyway, back to you - after you log in, there is a section on the left hand side that says "Activate card" as one of the options in a list.
Click on that and then you enter the card number, activation code from the letter the card is attached to and your date of birth.
It will then say "Congratulations you have successfully activated your £... card". Then you refresh and the balance shows.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0
