My issue is that that message doesn't tell you if the code you have just entered has been accepted or not!

I emailed Magnum yesterday so might hear back on Monday. Otherwise I'll phone for clarification.

i still have 5 codes i havent used.
ill be a bit upset if i cannot get a chance to have a go, but dont want to try yet. if things arent working properly.
but enjoyed the ice creams all the same.

Can I just ask a question please, I'm new to this competition.

I entered a code on 22nd April and received an email telling me that I had gone into the draw and would be informed by email if I was a winner within 72 hours (have probably just answered my own question ). Do they send an email to the winner only or do you get one of those "unfortunately on this occasion" emails anyway. Just asking as I know that there have been problems with this comp recently.

They email the winner only. However, you may be a winner since their site has been experiencing some technical problems for some time now. I suggest that we give them a stick each so they may win enough money to pay a decent IT person to fix it :rolleyes: Like you, I did receive confirmations of all my entries prior to the 19th of April but not sure if they notified any winners since then. I emailed them to ask and will let everyone know if they reply. I also won a £10 card that has not yet arrived so it sounds like things are on hold at the moment

I wish I had read these threads before I put my first code in, didn't realise it wasn't working! :doh:
I have been without a fridge freezer for 10 days so couldn't buy any till I got my new one! Now I have 6 codes to use! Lollies were yummy though!

not gonna be buying Magnums from Tesco when Morrisons offer is finished - they've increased the price from around £1.83 to £1.99 a pack:eek:

sent a code today via text but my bounce back reply stated that I had entered previously and would hear by 15 may if I was a winner, so dont know if my code has been accepted :mad:

Have been out to morrissons to get my 10 boxes of magnum. Had one in the bath earlier, oh suggestion.

I am not sure whether to enter anymore codes or if the ones we enter now will just go into a big draw or get lost.

The email just said were having technical difficulties.

Took my freezer bag to town today and paccked them all up safe and snug for the journey home.:cool:


Very moneysaving to go into town just to buy magnums, well the logic is they will be twice as much tom so if i buy today i can have twice as many.:rolleyes:

Oh came home from work early so i borrowed his bus ticket, then i found £8 worth of mocs on the floor so i will use them off regular shopping at Mr Ts.:A:eek:

With that logic my Magnums were nearly free. :T:D
