I rec'd my 1st card last week and was unable to activated it, as all it asks for is your log in and password, then it asks for the Activation Code on the letter and your DOB.

I gave them a call....was told someone would call me back but they didn't, so later that day I tried again by using my first winning emails log in details and they had changed it. I then had to enter the PAN number (long number on the card) activation code and date of birth and that work.

Also when I activated the card it showed a balance of 0.00 but I logged out and checked it sometime later and it was showing the £20. :j HTH.
    JUNE: Wine - DVD :j

I wish I had read these threads before I put my first code in, didn't realise it wasn't working!
Now I have 6 codes to use! Lollies were yummy though! :D

    I'm in the same boat.
Just entered my first code and got the "tech error" message so I have no idea if it is entered or not?
Now what do I do with the other 5 codes I've still to input?
 Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
  • I also did this but got an email confirming my entry so I'd imagine it will be the same for you. Check you emails ;)

yes, even though it doesn't say so in the terms, customers services have been asking whether certain people have the sticks :rotfl::rotfl::eek: anyone would think they don't trust their customers, bad show :mad:

well I'm looking forward to them (unilever) ringing me, I'm getting really annoyed have kept all receipts and sticks and will tell them where to stick them :mad::mad:
I'm am also thinking about reporting all cards missing soon, as per their terms, they seem to be delaying sending out cards whilst they ring winners to see if they are genuine, amazingly insulting.

next they will be asking for test results to prove you ate their icecream

I suppose they are looking for someone else to blame
    Wishing you a lucky 2023: 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
