No confirmation in my inbox so I thought I'd try a different code. Got "you can only enter once per hour". So has the code gone through or not? Something has registered somewhere but still no confirmation so I really don't know...............AND this was the hour I was going to win the £1000. Typical

Yeah, I just had the same thing in the 3-4 and 4-5 draws. Emailed Magnum but no reply yet.0 -
I'm going to enter every hour while there's a glitch and send off an email reporting it and giving my details as entered on the entry form. If this is happenning to everyone I suspect they will have to enter everyone who makes it known they entered otherwise they won't be able to run those draws, which goes against the T&C's of the competition.
I'm guessing people will save their codes for a few hours too...
The worst that can happen is that they give replacement codes, but I think an adjudicator would order them to run the draw as best they can. Does anyone know how to bring the glitch to an adjudicator's attention so they can ensure the draw's done by the book as much as possible?0 -

Entries are going through again now.0

No they're not. One went through for the 5-6pm draw, but the 6-7pm one bounced again. Could be there's loads of people trying to enter this evening...0

Well damn and blast!I just read the T&C online and it seems it's one entry per IP address per hour
In my house we've entered two codes during several draws, one for me and one for my housemate. We've both got the same address but seperate email addresses. It was not an intention to scam. We genuinely ate two magnums. It was just easier to turn on the PC once to enter them together. We can both be found online on the electoral register etc so can prove we both live here.
Are you not awarded your winnings in this situation or what?
There will be tears in my house if so0 -

"4. Codes valid for one use. Only one entry per phone number or e-mail address in each draw."
I wondered whether they had changed the rules so they wouldn't have to disappoint any cheats, after all disappointing anyone would be contrary to the purpose of their marketing promotion. I checked on a White Magnum wrapper I bought as a single at the end of May and kept to put the sticks in. It says the same thing for the UK T&C's but says "per IP address" in the Irish T&C's. Interesting that they managed to put "IP address" rather than "ISP address" on the packet but online it still says "ISP address".
The online T&C's still say "per ISP address". I suspect that in the case of conflicting rules, the decision would rule in favour of the entrant.
This may help.0
