How does that work? Do "pay" comping forums give you better odds on comps - or just more comps?

I paid a yearly subscription to a comping newsletter and forum and it was a waste of money, didnt find comps that werent posted on free forums (that were worth entering IMO) Yes you read about the antics and lengths people go to to win and to be honest it put me off entering some, as I knew I couldnt compete on the same level. The good thing is that companies are starting to clamp down better with T&C's as they realise there are some who will have a big pile of sim cards and can enter multiple times. I never won anything from my subscription and am glad not to be associated with them anymore.

Stupid competition!!!!!! Just entered a code and it took me to a blank screen, all "internet explorer cannot display blah blah blah". So I went back to re-enter the same code and it says "sorry, already registered".

No confirmation in my inbox so I thought I'd try a different code. Got "you can only enter once per hour". So has the code gone through or not? Something has registered somewhere but still no confirmation so I really don't know...............AND this was the hour I was going to win the £1000. Typical :mad:

I've only had one card turn up about a month ago (from the pre-glitch) and I used it at amazon with no probs.

I dont want to say they cheat, I guess plenty of people enter in the names of family members and use a few sim cards to get extra entries without giving it a second thought, it those who go to extreme lengths to do this that give compers a bad name.

Wasnt going to enter magnum again but had a craving for the white ones the other day and just had a £20 WEM
Hope we arent going to have problems spending these cards, didnt someone say you can buy amazon gift vouchers?
