Pugsley - out of interest what sort of figures were involved with this law suit ( more likely threat of a legal action as court hearings take a long time)

I don't know, all I know is they were a big winner,much more than me, the claims were lodged through a solicitor :T:T, I don't know if he got his costs back although I assume he is asking for them as well, it wasn't just threats. I don't have access to the forum as it is paid comping forum, although I think I will be joining it soon .

Half of me says good for him - it is Magnum after all. Other half says lucky old so and so :D:D

As for a paid comping forum - why do that you've got it all here for zippo.:cool:

That happens to me aswell, and not only do I get double their texts it always brings through very old texts from another friend aswell very confusing until I look at the dates!!!

mind you I havn't had any texts from that person for months, so don't know if it still does or not.

Well damn and blast!I just read the T&C online and it seems it's one entry per IP address per hour

In my house we've entered two codes during several draws, one for me and one for my housemate. We've both got the same address but seperate email addresses.It was not an intention to scam. We genuinely ate two magnums.It was just easier to turn on the PC once to enter them together. We can both be found online on the electoral register etc so can prove we both live here.

Are you not awarded your winnings in this situation or what?

There will be tears in my house if so
