I won't go in to detail. We've been able to pay off the mortgage very quickly on our properties due to a mixture of decent jobs with good pay, good finanicial decisions, lucky financial decisions, good budget planning, lucky budget planning, having no kids and not having expensive tastes (apart from holidays).

If the second half of the England game is boring I'll show you my workings on a spreadsheet if you want Mr Fighter.

BTL mortgages are at 1.05% with the CBS, how are we going to struggle paying that back?

The problem with you Broders is that you dont like it when others are not suffering, if you would like I will explain to you why most of us are also able to offer cheaper rents to our tenants.
