I won't go in to detail. We've been able to pay off the mortgage very quickly on our properties due to a mixture of decent jobs with good pay, good finanicial decisions, lucky financial decisions, good budget planning, lucky budget planning, having no kids and not having expensive tastes (apart from holidays).

We've been able to pay off the mortgage very quickly on our properties due to a mixture of decent jobs with good pay, good finanicial decisions, lucky financial decisions, good budget planning, lucky budget planning, having no kids and not having expensive tastes (apart from holidays).
