I've heard the various stories several times already (and did sympathise with part of your issues).
This the same husband who threw himself on benefits to reduce his payments - that's why I would still put him in the 2%.0 -

Ignorant is laughing at a PWC with a non paying NRP telling them that children are not pay per view.
Then supporting the idea that perhaps they are pay per view after all when it suits your purposes.
Disgusting hypocracy, no wonder you have no relationship with exes children - children can sniff out that kind of double standards a mile off.
Get some therapy for that bitterness, stop blaming the PWC and then maybe you would have the relationship you obviously desire but they don't want.

ha ha ha laughing at the hypocracy of Soubrette, slating the OP, oh yes i forgot its normal practice to slate NRP,
lets get this straight, csa and contact ARE associuated by the FACT that payments ARE REDUCED if NRP has child(ren) overnight.
also i see you are slating the austrailian government for there policys, ha ha ha, the ruling government in britian is a laughing stock.0 -
lol, come on LizzieS, do you think the austrailian government is wrong in there policys regarding child support?
after all according to you, you are right and the austrailian government are foolish in their actions, is that not what you are saying ?
are you saying a governement of a whole country is wrong in their policys regarding child support ?0 -

I made no comment over the Aussie system itself - perhaps you could elaborate what you read as it is obviously very different to what I've typed.0 -

Foolish as well as ignorant.
Perhaps you'd like to answer this person who is rightly outraged that a PWC wants to stop access to her non compliant ex husband? I suspect it would be an interesting discussion as you so fundamentally disagree with that poster?charlie... wrote: »maybe he had no money in his account, its happening a lot these days,
is you kid on pay per view ?
csa has a lot to do with access and seeing children , as payments of csa go down (insignificantly) if nrp has child(ren) a certain number of nights to stay.

Soubrette you hit on the key words,
A PWC WANTS
as thats what its all about, so tell me is the austrailian government wrong with their csa policys ?0 -
charlie...
Can I suggest that you take a step back and look at the tone of your posts? We all like a good debate, but your posts are totally out of line. MSE is about help and support, not abusing respected members.Gone ... or have I?0
